What are my career and development prospects both during and after my Apprenticeship?

During an Apprenticeship, dependent upon employer requirements and performance, you can progress to Advanced (Level 3) and on completion of the Advanced Apprenticeship from there you can continue with further learning, to gain higher qualifications all the way to university and beyond.
